At Foodsuri, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, photography, or any other product purchased from our website, we are here to help guide you through our return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return any product purchased from Foodsuri under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You must initiate the return request within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Product: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products should be free from any damages, stains, or signs of use.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and proof of purchase must accompany the return request.
Note: Certain products, such as custom-made or personalized items, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly stated on the product pages.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@foodsuri.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review your return eligibility and provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund Timeframe:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account and may take 3–5 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different product, please follow the return procedure mentioned above. Once the returned item is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Exchange Eligibility:

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Foodsuri is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly for assistance.
